Art

During Year 6’s art day we looked at the UK’s bestselling artist Gary Hodges and tried to recreated his famous wildlife drawings using a variety of tonal ranges and shading techniques. The children looked at proportion and scale to understand how different parts of their chosen wildlife animal relate to each other.

Catholic Life

The children of Year 6 have had the privileged of meeting and mentoring their prayer partners from Reception. They are thoroughly enjoying the experience so far and looking forward to expanding the time they spend with them over the coming months showing them how to participate within Mass and Gospel Assembly   .
